Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Registration & Prospectus Fee

The fee paid for Registration and the School Prospectus is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This amount covers the administrative costs of the entrance process.

2. Admission Fee Cancellation

If a parent chooses to withdraw their child's admission before the start of the academic session, only a specific percentage of the Admission Fee may be refunded at the sole discretion of the School Management. Once the session begins, no refund will be processed.

3. Monthly & Hostel Fees

  • Monthly tuition fees must be paid by the 10th of every month.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to another student.
  • Hostel fees are charged on a term/annual basis and will not be refunded if a student leaves mid-session.

4. Mode of Refund

If any refund is approved by the management, it will be processed within 15-20 working days via Bank Transfer or Cheque in the name of the parent/guardian only.
